• A precept is to be arranged in January.  This is to include all costs likely to incur during the year and compared to the previous year’s actual costs. • All cheques are to be signed by 2 Councillors. • Accounts are to be kept by the Clerk and checked by the Councillors. • The Council has a policy not to donate money to charities.
